Extends the homestead property tax exemption
Summary of the bill as introduced: Extends the homestead exemption for the disabled and elderly to all fair market value of the homestead beginning for the property tax year in which the individual currently receiving the exemption attains the age of 85 years old if the gross income of that individual is $50,000 or less.

Summary of the bill as introduced: Requires that in a county which has a council-administrator form of government, beginning July 1, 2014 any elected county official, not including county council, to receive a salary that is at least equal to 90% of the salary paid to the administrator.
